Looking back at the Elite Eight game on March 25th, Kansas State fell just short against Florida Atlantic Owls with a score of 76-79. Despite this loss, there were positive takeaways: KSU demonstrated an impressive defensive prowess with 13 steals and maintained a strong assist-to-turnover ratio of 1.17. However, they'll need to tighten up their rebounding game as they were outrebounded by Florida Atlantic's 44 rebounds to their own 22.

In contrast, during the Sweet Sixteen on March 23rd against Michigan State Spartans, KSU emerged victorious in an overtime thriller with a score of 98-93. Their offensive execution was nothing short of spectacular; shooting an astounding 56 percent from the field and maintaining an exceptional assists turnover ratio of over five. This level of offensive efficiency could be devastating for USC if replicated.

The second-round game on March 19th showcased another facet of KSU's tenacity as they overcame Kentucky Wildcats by scoring heavily in paint (40 points) and capitalizing on fast breaks (20 points), ending with a final scoreline of 75-69.

The key for Kansas State will be replicating their high-scoring offense while shoring up defense and rebounding efforts. The Trojans are not to be underestimated though; any lapses could give them enough room to take control.

Fans should expect KSU's aggressive defense to challenge USC's ball handlers while looking for opportunities to convert turnovers into quick points offensively – a strategy that has served them well so far this season.

With all eyes set on November 7th at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas at what would be late evening hours due to time zone differences (game starts at November 6th -10:00 PM local time), fans can catch all the action live on TNT channel number two hundred forty-five where we'll witness whether Kansas State can harness their strengths and secure another win or if USC will disrupt their rhythm and claim victory themselves.
