In their last game on December 20th against Lipscomb Bisons, despite falling short with a final score of 67-75, the Cardinals demonstrated an ability to fight back. They managed to convert 81 percent of their free throws and scored 18 points off turnovers. However, they struggled from beyond the arc with only a 33 percent success rate on three-pointers and were outrebounded by Lipscomb's aggressive play.

The game prior to that saw Louisville securing a win over Florida A&M Rattlers with a score of 61-55 on December 17th. Their defensive prowess was evident as they racked up eight blocks and seven steals while maintaining control under pressure with only one team turnover throughout the game. The Cardinals' rebounding improved significantly compared to their latest outing, grabbing 45 rebounds including an impressive haul of defensive boards.

One standout performance came from the December 15th victory against Western Kentucky Hilltoppers where Louisville triumphed with an impressive scoreline of 94-83. Their offensive efficiency was through the roof; shooting over half from both field goals and two-point range while sinking an astounding 95 percent from the free-throw line. Additionally, they showcased lethal accuracy from downtown hitting more than half of their three-point attempts.

Looking ahead at NCST's home advantage at PNC Arena could pose challenges for LOU; however, if they can replicate their sharpshooting form displayed against WKU and maintain solid defense as seen versus FAMU while improving rebounding efforts shown in both matchups – there is potential for success.

The scheduled date for this highly anticipated matchup is December 23rd at midnight Eastern Time (ET). Fans won't want to miss this showdown between these two competitive teams which will be broadcasted nationally on ACC Network channel number six hundred twelve (612).
