Blue Devils Overwhelm Cardinals in a Show of Dominance at Cameron Indoor

In a recent face-off at the Cameron Indoor Stadium, the Louisville Cardinals suffered a defeat against the Duke Blue Devils with a final score of 59-84. The Cardinals' season record now stands at an unmentioned number of victories and defeats, while the Blue Devils boast an impressive 10-rank standing. The home team's victory was marked by their superior scoring in both halves, starting strong with 36 points in the first half and ramping up to 48 in the second.

The Louisville Cardinals faced challenges throughout the game, managing to score only 23 points in the first half and improving slightly with 36 points after halftime. Additionally, Louisville committed fourteen personal fouls during gameplay.


Offensively, they were able to put up thirty points inside the paint and capitalized on turnovers by adding twelve points off them. Their assist-to-turnover ratio stood at 1.22 with eleven assists against nine turnovers for this encounter.


The Blue Devils showcased their strength across various aspects of their game plan. They executed well on fast breaks scoring eighteen fast break points compared to eight by Louisville. Their field goal percentage was impressive as well; they made fifty-six percent overall including a remarkable fifty percent from three-point land where they sank eleven shots.


Duke also demonstrated better ball distribution with twenty-three assists leading to their high-scoring offense that seemed unstoppable throughout most parts of this conference game.
