The Maryland team entered the second half with a deficit, having scored 26 points to Wisconsin's 47 in the first half. Despite increasing their output after halftime to add another 30 points, it was not enough to close the gap created by the Badgers' consistent performance. The Terrapins ended with a field goal percentage of 39 percent from their total attempts and were able to convert six out of fifteen three-point attempts, reflecting a solid three-point percentage of 40 percent.

Maryland's defense managed four blocks and seven steals during the game but struggled on rebounds with only twenty-five compared to Wisconsin's forty-two. Offensively, they made sixteen two-point shots out of forty-one attempts resulting in a two-point percentage just shy of forty percent and scored twenty-four points in the paint.

The team also faced challenges at the free-throw line with only sixty percent accuracy from ten attempts. Turnovers were an issue for Maryland as well; they gave up eleven turnovers which led to thirteen points for Wisconsin. Despite these setbacks, Maryland showed resilience on court; they fought hard for every possession and demonstrated teamwork through ten assists.

On the other side of the court, Wisconsin showcased strong offensive tactics throughout both halves scoring forty-seven and forty points respectively. Their shooting was impressive as they achieved fifty-two percent field goal accuracy overall including an outstanding sixty-four percent from beyond the arc – sinking sixteen three-pointers out of twenty-five attempts.

Wisconsin also excelled at distributing the ball effectively evidenced by their twenty-five assists which contributed significantly towards their high-scoring game plan while maintaining an assist-turnover ratio over two times greater than that of Maryland’s.

As fans look forward to future contests featuring these teams, it is clear that there are areas where both can improve upon moving forward into subsequent rounds or seasons. For those who wish to catch more action involving either team or other participants within this competitive league setting should stay tuned for upcoming broadcasts detailing such events as they unfold live before audiences nationwide.
