In front of a spirited crowd at FedExForum, the Memphis Tigers showcased a robust performance against their conference rivals, the Tulane Green Wave. The home team's offense was firing on all cylinders as they amassed 90 points against Tulane's defense. The Tigers were particularly dominant in the paint, where they scored 40 points, underscoring their physical presence and inside scoring ability.

The game was marked by efficient shooting from both teams. The Memphis Tigers converted 53 percent of their two-point attempts and maintained an overall field goal percentage of 47 percent. Their prowess from beyond the arc was also notable as they hit nine out of twenty-four three-point attempts, rounding off to a commendable 38 percent success rate from distance.

Defensively, both teams were evenly matched with each recording five blocks and nearly equal personal fouls at twenty-three each. However, it was in steals where the Memphis squad edged out Tulane by securing eleven compared to nine by their opponents.

The assist-to-turnover ratio for the home team stood out as well; while committing eleven turnovers themselves, they managed to dish out twenty-one assists leading to an impressive ratio of 1.91 which speaks volumes about their ball movement and decision-making during playmaking sequences.

On individual performances for the Memphis side: players stepped up across various facets of gameplay contributing significantly towards this win. They also capitalized on turnovers better than Tulane did by scoring eighteen points off them compared to ten by Tulane.

Rebounding was another area where both teams showed parity with forty rebounds apiece; however, it is worth noting that despite this statistical tie in rebounds overall – including defensive and offensive boards – it did not deter from how effectively each team utilized those opportunities differently within context of game flow and momentum shifts throughout regulation time.

As for upcoming fixtures: fans can look forward to seeing if this form continues when the Memphis Tigers take on North Texas Mean Green at UNT Coliseum in Denton on February 15th at 7 PM Central Time Zone (CT). This encounter will be available for viewing on ESPN+ via internet broadcast networks ensuring supporters won't miss any action regardless of location.
