Looking back at their recent performances, it's clear that Michigan State has been dominating on the court. On December 21st, they crushed Stony Brook Seawolves with an impressive score of 99-55. Their offensive prowess was on full display as they shot an astounding 59 percent from the field and a solid 39 percent from beyond the arc. Not only were they efficient scorers, but their playmaking was also exceptional with 33 assists to only 11 turnovers.

The Spartans' defense cannot be overlooked either; they amassed seven blocks and six steals against Stony Brook, showcasing their ability to disrupt opponents' plays effectively. Their rebounding was equally impressive, outperforming Stony Brook by grabbing 45 rebounds compared to Seawolves' 41.

In another remarkable performance against Oakland Golden Grizzlies on December 19th, MSU secured a comfortable victory with a score of 79-62. The team's shooting percentages remained high as they made nearly half of their field goal attempts and showed proficiency from downtown hitting almost 43 percent of three-point shots.

Michigan State's defensive efforts were consistent in this game too; five blocks and five steals contributed significantly to keeping Oakland at bay while maintaining control throughout the game.

The Spartans also demonstrated resilience when facing Baylor Bears in Detroit on December 16th. Despite Baylor being ranked sixth nationally at that time, MSU emerged victorious with an impressive scoreline of 88-64. The team's shooting accuracy was through the roof as they hit over two-thirds of their three-point attempts while maintaining over sixty percent shooting from two-point range.

With such strong performances leading up to this point, it is hard not to favor Michigan State going into this matchup against Wisconsin Badgers despite playing away from home turf. While respecting what Wisconsin brings to the table – undoubtedly formidable opposition – it is evident that if MSU maintains its current form in terms of scoring efficiency and defensive solidity, victory seems more than just plausible; it appears likely.

Fans eager for action can catch this highly anticipated game scheduled for January 27th at Kohl Center in Madison starting at (8:00 PM ET). National audiences can tune into Fox Sports channel number (219) for live coverage as these two titanic teams clash on court.
