Michigan Wolverines Stumble at Barclays Center Against Arizona State Sun Devils
In a contest that saw the Michigan Wolverines fall to the Arizona State Sun Devils, the final score read 87-62 in favor of the Sun Devils. The Wolverines' season record now stands at 20-1, while the Sun Devils boast an unranked status with no draws to their name.
The game, held at Brooklyn's Barclays Center, was not without its notable performances from both sides. The Michigan Wolverines put up a valiant effort with a total of 62 points scored throughout the match. In terms of scoring by halves, they managed 28 points in the first and improved slightly with 34 in the second half.

The Sun Devils showcased impressive shooting efficiency throughout the game; they boasted an exceptional field goal percentage at approximately 60 percent and were particularly lethal from three-point range hitting nearly 58 percent of their attempts. Their prowess inside was equally notable as they matched Michigan's points in paint but did so more efficiently making over three-fifths of their two-point shots.
Arizona State also demonstrated strong defensive capabilities by blocking six shots and matching Michigan's steal count at six each while committing more personal fouls totaling nineteen against thirteen by Michigan.
