First Half


The opening half set the tone for Michigan's dominance. The Maize and Blue capitalized on their offensive opportunities with a field goal percentage of 48 percent. Aday Mara stood out with his contributions in both scoring and defense, tallying up significant rebounds and blocks that stifled Villanova’s attempts to close the gap. Second Half


Despite a stronger showing from Villanova in the second half, where they scored 38 points, it wasn't enough to overcome Michigan’s lead.
