The Missouri Tigers showcased their scoring ability with an impressive field goal percentage of 49, converting on 28 out of 57 attempts. Their prowess from beyond the arc was also notable as they made 10 three-pointers at a rate of 40 percent. Free throws were another area where the Tigers excelled, making an outstanding 23 out of their total 28 attempts which translates to an accuracy rate of approximately 82 percent.

Defensively, Missouri made its presence felt with nine steals and four blocks, disrupting Kentucky's rhythm throughout the contest. The team capitalized on turnovers by scoring a significant number of points off them – totaling to about fourteen – demonstrating their ability to convert defensive plays into offensive opportunities.

On the other side, despite falling short in this matchup, the Kentucky Wildcats displayed commendable performance metrics. They shot over half their two-point attempts successfully and ended up with a total field goal percentage just shy under half at around 46 percent. From three-point range they managed eight baskets from twenty-three attempts resulting in approximately a thirty-five percent success rate.

The rebounding battle was won by Kentucky as they grabbed thirty-seven boards compared to Missouri's twenty-eight; however, it wasn't enough to secure victory against a determined Missouri side that seemed relentless in attack and solid on defense.

Looking ahead for fans eager to follow their team’s progress: The next challenge for the Missouri Tigers will be against Arkansas Razorbacks at Bud Walton Arena located in Fayetteville AR on January fifth scheduled for seven-thirty PM Central Time Zone broadcasted nationally on SEC Network channel six hundred eleven. This encounter promises another opportunity for fans to support their team as they continue through this season’s campaign.
