The Tigers have shown a mixed bag of results in their past games. In a high-scoring affair against the Fighting Illini, they put up an impressive 73 points but ultimately fell short against Illinois' overwhelming 97 points. Despite this loss, there were positive takeaways; they managed to score 49 points in the second half and showed resilience with an assist-turnover ratio of 1.0.

In another close contest, Missouri faced Seton Hall Pirates and narrowly missed out on a win with an 87-93 scoreline. Their three-point shooting was remarkable, hitting half of their attempts from beyond the arc and boasting an exceptional free-throw percentage of 86 percent.

However, when visiting Kansas Jayhawks' territory, they struggled offensively and defensively which led to a nine-point defeat (64-73). They had trouble converting second-chance points and turnovers into meaningful offense.

As we look ahead to their clash with Ole Miss Rebels, it's clear that maintaining strong three-point shooting will be crucial for Missouri Tigers. Additionally, improving ball security could be key in maximizing scoring opportunities while minimizing turnovers.

The Pavilion at Ole Miss is known for its raucous atmosphere which could play into the home team's advantage. However, if Missouri can harness their ability to rally in the second half as seen in previous games and capitalize on fast-break opportunities while tightening up defense around paint area where they've previously conceded many points-in-paint – there is every chance for them to come out on top.

Fans can catch all the action live on SEC Network channel 611 or attend in person at The Pavilion at Ole Miss come February 18th at 01:30 AM UTC (February 17th local time). This matchup will undoubtedly provide insights into whether Missouri can overcome external pressures and continue improving upon their recent performances.
