Huskers Set to Tangle with Buckeyes in Columbus Showdown

The Cornhuskers have been on an impressive run, showcasing their ability to dominate on both ends of the court. In their last home game against the Nittany Lions, they put up a remarkable 68 points while holding their opponents to just 49. Their offensive efficiency was evident with a field goal percentage of 44 and an exceptional free throw percentage of 91. Defensively, they managed to keep pressure on the Nittany Lions, forcing them into a low three-point shooting percentage of just 22.

Continuing this momentum, Nebraska also secured a convincing victory over the Wolverines with a scoreline of 79-59. Their balanced attack was highlighted by shooting nearly half their field goals successfully and maintaining solid defense that limited Michigan's scoring opportunities.

However, in an away game against Northwestern Wildcats, despite putting up a respectable performance with fast break points totaling 17 and maintaining high efficiency from two-point range at 55 percent accuracy, they fell short as Northwestern took advantage of turnovers and capitalized on points off turnovers.

The Huskers will need to focus on reducing turnovers and controlling the pace if they want to come out victorious in Columbus. The Value City Arena is known for its raucous atmosphere which could play into Ohio State's hands; however, Nebraska has shown resilience under pressure this season.
