The Wolf Pack's season record now stands at an impressive tally, while the Broncos face a setback in their own campaign. Nevada Wolf Pack VS Boise State Broncos

The Nevada Wolf Pack showcased a strong offensive performance with a field goal percentage of 47 and an even more impressive three-point shooting at 50 percent accuracy. They managed to sink 12 three-pointers throughout the game, contributing significantly to their total score. The team also demonstrated proficiency from the free-throw line, making 18 out of 27 attempts which translated to a free throw percentage of 67.

Defensively, the Wolf Pack was just as formidable. They racked up an impressive total of 12 steals and blocked three shots from the Broncos. This defensive prowess limited Boise State's scoring opportunities and played a crucial role in securing the win for Nevada.

One area where Nevada particularly excelled was capitalizing on turnovers; they scored an outstanding total of 21 points off turnovers compared to Boise State's 11 points in that category. Additionally, maintaining ball control seemed paramount for Nevada as they had only eight turnovers during the entire game while forcing Boise State into committing twice as many.

On individual performances, several players stood out for their contributions on both ends of the floor with key assists and rebounds that kept momentum on Nevada's side throughout both halves.

As for Boise State Broncos' efforts, despite falling short in points scored against their rivals from Nevada, they did not go down without showcasing some solid statistics themselves. They achieved higher efficiency within two-point range with a success rate of 56 percent but struggled beyond the arc with only six made three-pointers out of twenty-three attempts resulting in just over one-quarter accuracy from downtown (26 percent). Their rebounding was notably stronger than that of their opponents', pulling down thirty-nine rebounds including seven offensive boards which led to six second-chance points.

The upcoming schedule has another challenge lined up for the Wolf Pack as they prepare to host UNLV Runnin' Rebels at Lawlor Events Center located in Reno on March 9th at 7:30 PM local time (PST).
