Air Force Falcons VS New Mexico Lobos

The New Mexico Lobos showcased an impressive offensive display at Clune Arena. Their field goal percentage stood at an efficient 55 percent, with an exceptional two-point shooting performance hitting at a remarkable rate of 69 percent. The team's scoring was bolstered by their ability to capitalize on turnovers, translating into 26 points off the Falcons' mistakes.

Defensively, the Lobos were just as formidable. They amassed a total of six blocks and eleven steals throughout the game. This defensive pressure contributed significantly to their fast break opportunities where they scored 19 points.

A key factor in the victory was New Mexico's dominance inside; they scored an overwhelming majority of their points in the paint tallying up to 54. Their rebounding effort was equally notable as they outrebounded Air Force with a total rebound count of 36 compared to Air Force's 28.

The free throw line also favored the Lobos who shot at an efficient clip making eleven out of fourteen attempts which rounded up to about seventy-nine percent accuracy from the charity stripe.

On top of that, ball distribution for New Mexico was effective; they recorded eleven assists over fourteen turnovers which gave them an assist-to-turnover ratio just shy below one (0.79).
