The North Carolina State Wolfpack displayed remarkable defensive skills by accumulating a total of 11 blocks throughout the game. Their offensive efforts were equally notable, as they managed to sink eight three-pointers with an impressive shooting percentage of 47 from beyond the arc. The team's overall field goal percentage stood at 46, and they made 24 out of their total 52 two-point attempts.

The Wolfpack dominated in rebounds with a significant margin, grabbing a total of 42 compared to the Demon Deacon's 37. This included both offensive and defensive efforts, with North Carolina State securing ten offensive rebounds which contributed to their second-chance points tallying up to eleven.

Despite being challenged by personal fouls amounting to twenty-one times during play, the Wolfpack maintained composure and capitalized on turnovers by scoring seven points off them. Their fast break execution was also on point as they scored ten fast break points.

On offense, assists played a crucial role for both teams; however, it was evident that ball distribution was more effective for Wake Forest who had thirteen assists compared to seven from North Carolina State. Nevertheless, this did not deter the Wolfpack from maintaining an assist-turnover ratio of one point four.

Wake Forest put up a strong fight against their opponents; their free throw accuracy was noteworthy as they made eighteen out of twenty-two attempts resulting in an eighty-two percent success rate. They also showed resilience on defense by blocking eleven shots from North Carolina State but ultimately fell short in blocking efforts when compared to their opponent’s eleven blocks.

As fans look ahead after this nail-biting encounter between conference rivals at Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum where over eleven thousand spectators witnessed intense basketball action unfold – attention now turns towards future matchups for these teams.

The next challenge for the North Carolina State Wolfpack will be against Florida State Seminoles at PNC Arena located in Raleigh.
