First Half


In the opening half, the Wolfpack established an early lead with a strong offensive showing. They scored 42 points compared to the Tar Heels' 26. The Pack's effective field goal percentage was an impressive 56 percent, showcasing their shooting efficiency. Meanwhile, Chapel Hill struggled with their shooting accuracy, managing only a field goal percentage of 32 percent.


Second Half


The second half saw some improvement from Chapel Hill as they attempted to close the gap. They scored 32 points in this period but were unable to match NC State's consistent performance on both ends of the court. Jarin Stevenson was notable for his contribution with 13 points and nine rebounds for UNC.

Zayden High also made his presence felt by contributing another set of double digits with his own tally of 13 points and securing ten rebounds for UNC. Despite these efforts, turnovers plagued Chapel Hill throughout the game; they committed a total of twelve turnovers which led to sixteen points off turnovers for NC State.
