The Boilermakers have been on an impressive run, showcasing their dominance in recent games. On December 21, they steamrolled over Jacksonville Dolphins with a staggering 100 points to 57 victory at Mackey Arena. Their offensive prowess was on full display as they shot an exceptional 52 percent from the field and an outstanding 81 percent from the free-throw line. With a two-point shooting percentage of 67 and points in paint totaling half a century, it's clear that Purdue's inside game has been virtually unstoppable.

Their defensive efforts were equally impressive, racking up six blocks and fourteen steals while limiting personal fouls to just eleven – a testament to their disciplined play style.

In another remarkable performance against Arizona Wildcats on December 16 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Purdue emerged victorious with a score of 92-84. Despite being tied seven times and experiencing ten lead changes, they maintained composure and executed their plays efficiently. A notable aspect of this win was their three-point shooting accuracy which stood at an impressive 42 percent.

Even when playing away from home against Alabama Crimson Tide on December 9 in Toronto's Coca-Cola Coliseum, Purdue displayed resilience by securing a win with a scoreline of 92-86 despite three lead changes during the game.

The Ohio State Buckeyes will certainly pose challenges for PUR; however, given recent performances where assists turnover ratio averaged above two and fast break points were consistently scored double digits by PUR suggests that they are well-equipped for high-pressure situations.

Ohio State must be wary of Purdue's ability to convert turnovers into points; it’s something that could tip scales in favor of PUR if OSU isn't careful with ball possession.

As we look ahead to this matchup between these two collegiate titans, all eyes will be on whether PUR can maintain its momentum or if OSU can leverage home-court advantage to disrupt PUR’s winning streak.

Fans eager not to miss this thrilling encounter should tune into CBS for national coverage starting at precisely one o'clock PM Eastern Time (ET) on February eighteen twenty-fourth. The battle will unfold within Columbus' very own Value City Arena – where only time will tell if the Boilermakers can continue their march towards victory or meet their match against the Buckeyes.
