Maxime Raynaud stood out with his impressive double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 10 rebounds, showcasing his dominance on both ends of the floor. Cameron Grant added another layer to Stanford's game plan with five points, six rebounds, three assists, and one steal. Despite these efforts and having led briefly by two points during the match, it wasn't enough to secure victory against a strong SMU team.


SMU Mustangs' Dominance


On the other side of the court, SMU demonstrated why they were formidable opponents this season. Their offense was on full display as they managed to shoot over half their attempts successfully from both two-point (56 percent) and three-point range (50 percent). The team's efficiency was further highlighted by their ability to convert turnovers into 21 points.
