From tip-off at the JMA Wireless Dome, it was clear that Syracuse had come to play. With a robust first-half performance netting them 45 points compared to Oakland's 24, they set the tone early. The second half saw no let-up from Syracuse as they piled on another 50 points, while Oakland managed to add only 42 to their tally.

The Orange were particularly effective from inside the paint where they scored an outstanding total of 58 points. Their shooting accuracy was on point with a field goal percentage of around 58 percent and an even more impressive two-point shooting percentage of about 65 percent. They also demonstrated proficiency beyond the arc with a solid three-point shooting performance hitting eight out of twenty attempts.

Defensively, Syracuse showed their prowess by accumulating ten steals and four blocks throughout the game which contributed significantly to their transition offense that matched Oakland's fast break points at fourteen each. Additionally, their defensive efforts led them to score fifteen points off turnovers while only allowing ten for Oakland.

The assist-to-turnover ratio for Syracuse was noteworthy as well; with twenty-seven assists against thirteen turnovers, this ratio stood above two which speaks volumes about their ball movement and decision-making during play.

On the other side of court, despite falling short in scoring efficiency with just around thirty-eight percent field goal completion rate and twenty percent from three-point range, Oakland did show resilience in certain aspects. They fought hard in rebounding battles ending up with thirty-three rebounds but still fell behind Syracuse who grabbed forty-four rebounds including thirty-one defensive boards which helped limit second-chance opportunities for Oakland.

Oakland’s players also showed determination as they managed nineteen two-pointers on thirty-nine attempts reflecting nearly forty-nine percent success rate in this area but struggled from both free throw line making thirteen out of twenty-three attempts and beyond three-point line where they made five out of twenty-five shots taken.

As fans look ahead after this convincing victory by Syracuse Orange basketball team over Golden Grizzlies at JMA Wireless Dome witnessed by seventeen thousand plus attendees; attention turns towards next challenge awaiting them - Georgetown Hoyas will be visiting JMA Wireless Dome on December tenth for what promises another exciting college basketball matchup scheduled for six o'clock evening broadcast nationally on ABC network without any predictions or assumptions about outcome but certainly one not be missed by fans everywhere.
