The Texas A&M Aggies showcased their offensive skills by scoring 45 points in the first half and adding another 30 in the second. Their shooting was efficient throughout the game, hitting 47 percent from the field and an impressive 75 percent from the free-throw line. Defensively, both teams were evenly matched with each recording six steals and two blocks. However, it was on rebounds where Texas A&M edged out their opponents slightly with a total of 32 rebounds compared to Mississippi State's total rebound count of 31. This narrow margin underscored how competitive both sides were under the basket.

The Bulldogs put up a strong fight as well; they shot efficiently from two-point range at an impressive rate of 68 percent but struggled beyond the arc with only nine three-pointers made out of twenty-nine attempts for a three-point percentage of just about one-third success rate (31 percent). Additionally, both teams had similar assist-to-turnover ratios indicating disciplined ball movement and possession control throughout – Texas A&M recorded an assists turnover ratio slightly below that of Mississippi State (1.11 compared to Mississippi State’s ratio).

As fans look ahead, they can mark their calendars for when Texas A&M Aggies will face off against Ole Miss Rebels at The Sandy and John Black Pavilion at Ole Miss on March ninth at one o'clock PM Central Time Zone. This upcoming game will be broadcasted on CBS for fans unable to attend in person in Oxford.
