In an intense matchup, the Tulane Green Wave demonstrated strong offensive skills but fell short against the visiting Fordham Rams. The home team put up an impressive fight, scoring evenly across both halves with 45 points each. Despite their efforts, they could not surpass the Rams' aggressive play in the second half.

The Green Wave excelled at free throws with an outstanding 85 percent completion rate and made significant contributions from fast breaks, adding 23 points to their tally. Their two-point field goal percentage was solid at 50 percent; however, they struggled beyond the arc with only a 32 percent success rate for three-pointers.

Key players for Tulane stepped up during this hard-fought contest. They outperformed their opponents in assists by one and showcased defensive capabilities by blocking five shots throughout the game. However, turnovers proved costly for them as they gave up possession on fifteen occasions compared to eleven by the Rams.

On defense, rebounds were crucial for both teams. The Green Wave managed to secure a total of thirty-six rebounds—twenty-three defensively and five offensively—but this was overshadowed by Fordham's forty-three rebounds which included twenty-seven defensive grabs and thirteen on offense.

The visiting Fordham Rams showed why they were formidable opponents as they executed nine blocks and stole possession seven times from Tulane players. Their shooting accuracy from two-point range was slightly higher than that of Tulane at around fifty-two percent while also maintaining a forty-five percent field goal percentage overall.

As fans look ahead, they can anticipate another opportunity for victory when the Tulane Green Wave hosts Bryant Bulldogs at Devlin Fieldhouse in New Orleans on December seventh at seven o'clock PM Central Time (CT). While no broadcast networks have been announced yet for this upcoming game, fans are encouraged to stay tuned for future viewing details.
