Tulsa Golden Hurricane VS Charlotte 49ers

The match held at Dale F. Halton Arena saw the home team, the Charlotte 49ers, take an early lead in the first half with a score of 42 points compared to Tulsa's initial effort of just 25 points. Despite this early setback, Tulsa rallied impressively in the second half to add another substantial tally of points but ultimately could not overcome their opponent's consistent performance.

Tulsa displayed commendable offensive efforts throughout the game. They made nine out of twenty-five three-point attempts resulting in a three-point shooting percentage rounded to thirty-six percent. Their free throw accuracy was also notable as they succeeded in scoring nineteen out of twenty-six attempts from the line which translates into seventy-three percent success rate.

On defense, however, Tulsa struggled without recording any blocks and only managing six steals throughout playtime. The team did manage to secure thirty-four rebounds; twenty-two defensive and twelve offensive rebounds contributed to their efforts on court.

A standout aspect for Tulsa was their ability to capitalize on turnovers by scoring fifteen points off turnovers despite having eight player turnovers themselves. Their assist-to-turnover ratio stood at an admirable figure of one point thirty-eight.

In contrast, while Charlotte had more total turnovers than Tulsa with ten player turnovers recorded for them during gameplay, they excelled in other areas such as rebounding where they secured forty-one total rebounds and converting second-chance opportunities into seventeen points.

Looking ahead for fans of The Golden Hurricane is another chance for victory when they host Tulane Green Wave at Donald W. Reynolds Center located in Tulsa on January fourteenth at two o'clock PM Central Time Zone. This upcoming encounter will be available for viewing on ESPN+ over internet broadcast networks.
