Hofstra Pride VS UNLV Runnin' Rebels

The Runnin' Rebels showcased their offensive capabilities by shooting an impressive 53 percent from the field and an exceptional 46 percent from beyond the arc. Their defense was equally formidable, with a total of 11 steals contributing to their dominance on court. The team's ability to convert opportunities into points was evident as they scored 13 points off turnovers.

The UNLV squad demonstrated remarkable teamwork with a total of 19 assists, reflecting their cohesive playmaking and ball distribution. They were also perfect from the free-throw line, making all five attempts. This flawless performance from the charity stripe complemented their robust scoring in the paint where they amassed a notable 38 points.

On defense, UNLV managed three blocks and kept personal fouls to just thirteen, showing discipline without compromising their defensive intensity. The team matched Creighton on rebounds with both teams pulling down 31 boards each; however, it was UNLV's efficient use of those rebounds that stood out as both teams had nine second-chance points.

The visiting Bluejays put up a valiant effort despite falling short on this occasion. They shot well from free throw line with over ninety percent accuracy but struggled from three-point range landing only twenty-eight percent of their shots. Their sixteen assists indicated good ball movement but were overshadowed by eleven turnovers which proved costly against UNLV's aggressive defense.

As for individual performances for Creighton, they saw contributions across their lineup but could not match up against the more dynamic offense presented by UNLV who had multiple players scoring in double figures.

Looking ahead, fans can catch the next game for UNLV when they face off against Saint Mary's Gaels at Footprint Center in Phoenix on December seventeenth at seven o'clock PM local time (Mountain Standard Time). This upcoming matchup will be available for viewing on ESPN+, ensuring fans won't miss any action as these two teams battle it out on court.
