Key Performances and Game Highlights


The USC Trojans showcased commendable teamwork and individual skill throughout the game. Rashaun Agee led with an impressive 21 points, demonstrating his efficiency on the field with a shooting percentage of 67 percent from two-point range. His contribution was pivotal to keeping the Trojans in contention. Saint Thomas also made significant contributions with 13 points and led rebounds for his team with eight, alongside six assists which tied him as top facilitator for his side along with Desmond Claude who also notched six assists and added 12 points of his own.


On defense, however, USC struggled to contain UCLA's offense which managed to secure a five percent higher field goal percentage over USC's 49 percent. The Bruins capitalized on turnovers scoring 10 points off them compared to USC’s more effective conversion resulting in 15 points from turnovers despite committing one additional turnover than their opponents.
