Virginia Tech Hokies Dominate Syracuse Orange at Cassell Coliseum in Men's Basketball Showdown

The Virginia Tech Hokies emerged victorious against the Syracuse Orange with a commanding 85-70 win at the Cassell Coliseum. The Hokies' season record now stands at an impressive 15-4, while the Orange fall to a challenging 9-10.

The home team, Virginia Tech Hokies, showcased a robust offensive performance that overwhelmed their opponents. The first half set the tone for the game as they racked up an impressive 52 points compared to Syracuse's 33. Maintaining their momentum into the second half, they added another 33 points to seal their victory.

Despite these efforts by Syracuse, it was clear that Virginia Tech controlled much of this conference game as evidenced by leading in several statistical categories including assists where they doubled up on Syracuse with twenty-six assists over thirteen for 'the' visitors.
