The recent performance of the Virginia Tech team has been nothing short of spectacular. On December 21, they outclassed the Eagles with a commanding 77-55 win. Their offensive prowess was on full display as they shot an astounding 82 percent from inside the arc and 64 percent overall from the field. Coupled with their defensive solidity that led to five blocks and four steals, it's clear that VT is not just about scoring; they're about controlling every aspect of the game.

Another testament to their strength came against the Catamounts on December 16 when VT emerged victorious with a scoreline of 73-51. Their rebounding was particularly noteworthy as they grabbed an impressive total of 42 rebounds, dwarfing their opponents' efforts. With such tenacity in securing possession and converting points off turnovers – tallying up to 17 – it's evident that VT can capitalize on any slip-up by their adversaries.

Even when faced with adversity against Valparaiso Beacons on December 9, where both teams had equal turnovers at fifteen each, VT managed to secure a win through sheer determination and skillful playmaking which resulted in eighteen assists.

The upcoming clash against FSU is expected to follow this trend of dominance by VT. The Seminoles will undoubtedly come prepared but overcoming VT's home advantage at Cassell Coliseum will be no easy feat. Fans should expect another showcase of tactical brilliance from Virginia Tech as they aim for another victory in front of their passionate supporters.
