First Half


The first half saw the Cowboys take an early lead, scoring 46 points compared to WVU's 33. Despite their efforts, the Mountaineers struggled to keep pace with Oklahoma State's offensive prowess. Chance Moore contributed significantly for WVU with his defensive rebounds and scoring ability.


Second Half


In the second half, WVU mounted a comeback attempt by outscoring the Cowboys 44-31. Treysen Eaglestaff played a crucial role during this period, showcasing his shooting skills by making several key three-pointers that kept WVU within striking distance.

Overtime


As both teams entered overtime tied at 77 points each, it was clear that every possession would be critical. Unfortunately for WVU fans, Oklahoma State managed to pull away by scoring an additional 14 points compared to West Virginia's seven in overtime play.


Despite falling short against their opponents from Stillwater today - there are still positives worth noting about this performance: DJ Thomas' consistent presence on court helped maintain momentum throughout various stages; meanwhile Honor Huff demonstrated impressive accuracy when given opportunities beyond arc range which will surely benefit future matchups ahead!
