Wisconsin Badgers Edge Out USC Trojans in Men's Basketball at Imperial Arena

The Wisconsin Badgers displayed a solid performance against their opponents, showcasing their skills on both ends of the court. The team's field goal percentage was an impressive 45 percent, with successful conversions on 25 out of 56 attempts. From beyond the arc, they managed to sink 10 three-pointers at a commendable rate of 42 percent. Their two-point shots were also noteworthy with a conversion rate of approximately 47 percent.

On offense, they distributed well among themselves as evidenced by their thirteen assists; this teamwork contributed significantly to their scoring opportunities. The team capitalized on fast breaks as well, adding eleven points from such plays.


Rebounding was another area where Wisconsin excelled; they grabbed thirty-two rebounds in total—twenty-four defensive and four offensive—with an additional four team rebounds contributing to second-chance points which amounted to five for them overall.

The USC Trojans put up a resilient fight despite falling short in this matchup. They finished with fifty-nine points and had slightly lower shooting accuracy compared to their opponents—41 percent from field goals and approximately 48 percent from three-point range. However, they struggled more noticeably from free throw line making only two out of six attempts for about thirty-three percent accuracy.


USC also had more personal fouls than Wisconsin totaling fourteen but managed five blocks defensively which is four more than what Wisconsin achieved during this contest.
