The Cowboys' efforts were hampered by personal fouls totaling 19, which contributed to one player fouling out of the game. Despite these challenges, they managed to make an impressive number of free throws with an accuracy of about 71 percent. Their defensive prowess was evident as they collected a total of 34 rebounds—26 defensive and six offensive—and executed four steals.

On offense, Wyoming's players distributed ten assists throughout the game but turned over possession seven times. They also capitalized on second-chance opportunities by scoring six points following offensive rebounds.


Conversely, Colorado State showcased efficient shooting inside with a two-point field goal percentage of around 51 percent and overall field goal percentage sitting at approximately 43 percent. The Rams also demonstrated strong ball movement resulting in sixteen assists and maintained better control over turnovers with only seven for the entire game.
