First Half


The game began with Wyoming taking control early on. The Pokes showcased their offensive prowess by scoring 40 points in the first half. Damarion Dennis led the charge for Wyoming with an impressive performance, contributing significantly to their early lead. His shooting accuracy was notable as he made key shots that helped establish a double-digit advantage over the Green and Gold.


Second Half


However, the momentum shifted dramatically after halftime. The Rams came out of the locker room determined and quickly closed the gap with an aggressive offensive strategy that saw them score 42 points in this period alone. Their field goal percentage soared to an impressive 62 percent overall for the game, which was instrumental in overcoming Wyoming's initial lead.

Key Performances


While Dennis stood out for Wyoming with his scoring ability and efficiency on offense, Khaden Bennett also played a crucial role by grabbing rebounds and facilitating plays that kept his team competitive throughout much of this encounter. On Colorado State's side, their bench depth proved vital as they contributed significantly to their total scoreline.


Despite some standout individual performances from players like Neil Summers who provided solid defense under pressure situations; it wasn't enough against Colorado State’s relentless attack which included effective three-point shooting at nearly fifty percent accuracy.
