Clemson Tigers Host Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at Leonard E. Merrell Center in Women's Basketball

As the Clemson Tigers prepare to face the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions at the Leonard E. Merrell Center, fans are eager to see if their team can maintain their recent momentum in women's basketball. The upcoming game on November 26 is a chance for the Tigers to showcase their skills and possibly secure another victory.

Looking back at Clemson's performance on November 19 against Longwood Lancers, it was an offensive showcase that ended with a staggering 102-63 win for the Tigers. Their field goal percentage was an impressive 55 percent and they dominated points in paint with 46, which could be a key factor against ARPB. With such a commanding win under their belt, confidence is high within the team.

However, not all games have been smooth sailing for Clemson; they faced a tough opponent in Mississippi State Lady Bulldogs on November 25 and narrowly lost with a score of 78-81. Despite this setback, there were positives to take away from that game as well – particularly their three-point shooting accuracy of approximately 46 percent.

The Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions will certainly provide stiff competition. In their last game against Tulsa Golden Hurricane, ARPB showed resilience but ultimately fell short by ten points (64-74). They managed to keep up in terms of rebounds but struggled with turnovers which could be an area where CLEM might capitalize.

CLEM fans should look out for how well the team can control turnovers and maintain defensive pressure against ARPB’s offense. The ability of CLEM players to convert fast break opportunities into points will also be crucial – something they excelled at during their match-up against Longwood.

With both teams looking to assert themselves early on in the season, this encounter promises plenty of excitement and competitive basketball action.

The scheduled tip-off is set for November 26 at Leonard E. Merrell Center located in Katy, Texas; unfortunately for those who cannot make it to Katy, there are no broadcast networks listed for viewing options as of now.
