Colorado Buffaloes and Iowa Hawkeyes Clash at Climate Pledge Arena in Women's Basketball Showdown

The team managed to secure a total of six steals and three blocks defensively while providing an effective offensive support through their assists which totaled to twenty-one for this matchup. Despite being outrebounded by Iowa with forty rebounds to thirty-two, Colorado showed tenacity on both ends of the floor.

On offense, fast break opportunities were capitalized upon by Colorado as they scored eighteen fast break points compared to Iowa's eight. Additionally, they were able to convert turnovers into sixteen points and grabbed nineteen offensive rebounds which led them to fifteen second-chance points.


The Iowa Hawkeyes showcased efficient shooting throughout their home game performance with an impressive field goal percentage of approximately fifty-five percent and excelled particularly from two-point range where they shot over sixty-one percent accuracy. From free-throw line too, Iowa demonstrated proficiency by converting nearly seventy-nine percent of their attempts into scores.

Iowa’s balanced attack was evident as well through eighteen assists that facilitated scoring opportunities across various players on their roster. Defensively matching up well against Colorado’s efforts, both teams recorded six steals each but it was ultimately Iowa who maintained control over proceedings leading them towards victory.
