Liberty Lady Flames Face Tough Contest at Moody Center Against Texas Longhorns in Women's Basketball

At the Moody Center in Austin, the Liberty Lady Flames put forth an effort that was reflected in their game statistics despite falling short to the Texas Longhorns. Their ability inside was evident as they scored forty points in paint while making twenty-nine out of sixty two-point field goal attempts resulting in a forty-eight percent conversion rate.


As for free throws, both teams had room for improvement; however, it was not a decisive factor in this matchup as both teams shot slightly over fifty-six percent from the line – nine made free throws for Liberty out of sixteen attempts and eleven made free throws for Texas out of eighteen attempts.
