They opened with a solid first quarter lead of 21-13 and maintained their dominance by scoring 22 points in the second quarter against Georgia Tech's 15. Their relentless attack continued after halftime as they added another 20 points to their tally while holding Georgia Tech to just 12 points in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter, despite being outscored by five points with a score of 17-22, it was clear that Louisville had firmly secured their lead.

Georgia Tech put up a valiant effort but struggled against Louisville’s defense and could not keep up with scoring pace set by their opponents. They did excel at free throws making eighty-nine percent but only made forty-two percent of field goals attempted and thirty-six percent from three-point range.

Looking ahead for fans eager to support them further: The next game for Louisville will be held on February 25th at KFC Yum! Center where they will face off against Virginia Cavaliers from Charlottesville. This home game is scheduled for noon Eastern Time and can be watched on The CW network.
