BYU Cougars VS Oklahoma State Cowgirls

From the opening tip-off, the Cowgirls set a relentless pace against BYU's defense. By halftime, they had already established a commanding lead with an aggregate score of 45-22 across the first two quarters. Their offensive execution was clinical, boasting a field goal percentage of 46 and converting on 61 percent from inside the arc. The team's proficiency was also evident from the charity stripe where they shot an exceptional 92 percent.

Defensively, Oklahoma State showcased their tenacity by accumulating a total of 18 steals and blocking five shots throughout the contest. This defensive pressure translated into offense as they scored an outstanding 38 points off turnovers compared to BYU's mere 17 points in that category. Furthermore, fast break opportunities were seized by Oklahoma State resulting in them scoring twice as many fast break points as BYU did.

The Cowgirls' teamwork shone brightly with them dishing out seventeen assists which is more than double what BYU managed to achieve; seven assists for the visitors reflected their struggles against Oklahoma State's cohesive play.
