First Quarter

The opening quarter saw the Bruins take an early lead with a score of 19-8. The Ducks struggled to find their rhythm offensively, managing only 8 points. Despite efforts from players like Avary Cain and Ari Long, who contributed defensively with rebounds and blocks, Oregon couldn't match UCLA's pace.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, the Bruins extended their lead significantly by scoring 30 points compared to Oregon's 18. Katie Fiso emerged as a key player for the Ducks during this period, scoring crucial points and providing assists that kept her team in contention. However, UCLA's efficient shooting and strong rebounding continued to pose challenges for Oregon.

Third Quarter

The third quarter witnessed both teams tightening their defenses. The Ducks managed to score 14 points but were still outpaced by UCLA's consistent performance that added another 16 points to their tally. Ehis Etute stood out for Oregon with her defensive prowess and ability to convert rebounds into scoring opportunities.

Fourth Quarter

In the final quarter, despite an improved offensive effort from players like Mia Jacobs who contributed significantly with her shooting accuracy from beyond the arc, it wasn't enough for Oregon as they scored only 19 points against UCLA’s solid defense which allowed them just one more point than themselves at this stage -15-.

Overall analysis reveals that while individual performances showed promise among Duck players such as Katie Fiso leading in assists or Ehis Etute dominating defensively; collectively they couldn’t overcome Bruin’s superior teamwork reflected through higher field goal percentages (43 percent) compared against theirs (33 percent).
