As the Oregon State Beavers prepare to host the Arizona State Sun Devils at Gill Coliseum, fans are buzzing with anticipation for what promises to be a riveting Women's Basketball game. Looking back at the Oregon State's performance on February 19 against Washington State Cougars, they fell short by 10 points in a game that ended 57-67. Despite this loss, there were positive takeaways from each quarter as they managed to score consistently. However, it was their defense that seemed unable to contain the Cougars' offense.

In another close encounter on February 18 against the Washington Huskies, ORST scored 59 points but couldn't secure victory over the Huskies who finished with 64 points. The fourth quarter showed ORST's resilience as they racked up an impressive 23 points – indicating their ability to finish strong.

The most telling game came on February 12 when ORST faced off against USC Trojans. It was a nail-biter that went into overtime after both teams were locked at equal scores by full time. The Beavers scored only one point in overtime leading to a narrow defeat of 56-60. Despite losing, ORST showcased tenacity and an ability to compete under pressure which will be crucial against ASU.

One area where Oregon State can capitalize is their free throw accuracy; boasting an impressive rate of around 80 percent from the line based on previous performances could make all the difference in tight situations. Additionally, maintaining possession and improving upon their assist-to-turnover ratio will be key factors if they are going to outplay ASU.

The Sun Devils should not be underestimated though; any lapses in concentration or execution by OSRT could very well swing momentum in favor of ASU who will come prepared for battle themselves.

Beaver fans should mark their calendars for this exciting matchup scheduled for February 24th at Gill Coliseum starting at 7:00 PM local time (Corvallis). While broadcast networks have not been announced yet for viewing options, rest assured that die-hard supporters will find ways to cheer on their team either live or through other available media channels.
