From the opening quarter, the Gamecocks established a lead with an 18-14 advantage and maintained it throughout the game. Their offensive efforts were relentless as they racked up a total of 70 points by full-time. The team's scoring was consistent across all quarters, with a peak performance in the third where they notched up 21 points.

The home team's defense was equally formidable; they out-blocked their opponents with six blocks to five and recorded more steals at six compared to three from Oregon State. This defensive solidity limited Oregon State's scoring opportunities and contributed significantly to their win.

On offense, South Carolina showed superiority inside the paint with an impressive tally of 44 points compared to just 14 from Oregon State. Their second-chance points were particularly noteworthy as they amassed a total of 28 points on this front alone – showcasing their tenacity on offensive rebounds.

The free throw line also saw South Carolina excel; they shot at an accuracy rate of approximately 78 percent making them one of fourteen attempts. Meanwhile, field goal attempts for both teams were high but it was South Carolina who managed better efficiency overall despite shooting only around 33 percent from the field.

Oregon State did have moments where they shone through – particularly from beyond the arc where they hit eight three-pointers at a rate of about 32 percent while South Carolina struggled comparatively with only four made threes out of twenty attempts (20 percent). However, this wasn't enough to close down on South Carolina’s lead which remained intact till game end.

Rebounding was another area where South Carolina excelled; pulling down a total of fifty-one rebounds – seventeen offensively and thirty-four defensively – which dwarfed Oregon States' thirty-seven total rebounds effort.

As fans look forward to future games, there is much anticipation for continued success from this formidable team. Fans can catch future broadcasts as per schedule; however no assumptions or predictions can be made regarding outcomes based on past performances.
