The Stanford Cardinal, ranked 9th, continued their impressive season with a decisive victory over the California Golden Bears. The Cardinal's record now stands at an imposing 78-51, showcasing their dominance on the court. The Golden Bears fought valiantly but were unable to match the intensity brought by their opponents.

A key factor in this game was Stanford’s ability to score in the paint where they amassed an imposing total of thirty-two points demonstrating both physicality and finesse near the basket.
