The Cardinal have been displaying an impressive form this season. In their last encounter on December 20th against UC Davis Aggies, they dominated with a resounding victory of 92-52. The team's offensive prowess was on full display as they shot an outstanding 58 percent from the field and a near-perfect 89 percent from the free-throw line. Their defense wasn't far behind either; with nine steals and two blocks, they kept their opponents in check throughout the game.

In another recent performance on December 16th against Portland Pilots, STAN continued their winning ways with an assertive 81-51 win. They managed to maintain a strong field goal percentage of around 42 percent while excelling at free throws with an accuracy rate of approximately 81 percent. The Cardinal's rebounding was particularly noteworthy as well; they outrebounded their opponents by a significant margin.

However, it would be remiss not to consider STAN's setback on December 3rd when facing Gonzaga Bulldogs where despite scoring a respectable 78 points and maintaining high shooting percentages across the board (57 percent for field goals and around 45 percent for three-pointers), they were outscored by GONZ who put up an impressive total of 96 points.

The Wildcats will undoubtedly pose a challenge for STAN; however, given Stanford’s recent performances and statistics that reflect both depth in offense and tenacity in defense, there is reason for optimism among Cardinal fans.

Looking ahead to January's matchup at McKale Center in Tuscon – it’s clear that if Stanford can leverage their high-scoring ability while maintaining defensive solidity – they stand a good chance of overcoming ARIZ on their home court.

Fans eager to support STAN can catch all the action live on January 28th at McKale Center starting at noon local time (7:00 PM GMT). With no broadcast networks listed yet for coverage details may follow closer to game day ensuring supporters won’t miss this thrilling encounter between two formidable teams.
