TCU Horned Frogs Dominate Mavericks at Schollmaier Arena in Women's Basketball Showdown

In a commanding display of basketball, the TCU Horned Frogs outplayed the Omaha Mavericks with a final score of 96-56. The victory at Schollmaier Arena marked another success for the home team, now standing at 25th rank with an impressive season record. The Mavericks, on the other hand, faced a tough game and were unable to add a win to their record.

This included grabbing more offensive rebounds (14) which led to crucial second-chance opportunities resulting in 18 second-chance points for TCU. Furthermore, their defensive efforts were highlighted by five blocks and stealing possession from Omaha eleven times.


The Mavericks did manage some resistance despite being overpowered overall. They put up sixteen fast break points and made four three-pointers during the game but struggled with overall shooting percentages landing around only thirty-two percent from the field.


Notably for TCU fans, several players contributed across various aspects of play; twenty-four assists were distributed among teammates indicating strong teamwork while nineteen free throws were successfully made reflecting focus under pressure.


As Schollmaier Arena hosted an attendance of approximately one thousand seven hundred fans who witnessed this dominant performance by TCU Horned Frogs against Omaha Mavericks, it sets up anticipation for future games where such displays can be expected again.
