In their recent Big 12 Championship game on March 13th, TEX showcased a formidable offense and defense against Iowa State Cyclones, securing a substantial victory with a score of 70-53. The Longhorns' performance was nothing short of stellar; they out-rebounded the Cyclones with a total of 30 rebounds and maintained an assist-turnover ratio of 2.29, which speaks volumes about their ball-handling skills and teamwork.

Moreover, TEX's shooting accuracy from beyond the arc was remarkable during that game, hitting an astounding 64 percent from three-point range. Their ability to convert from long distance could be crucial in overcoming DREX's defense. Additionally, TEX capitalized on turnovers by scoring 23 points off them – demonstrating their ability to turn defensive plays into scoring opportunities.

In another nail-biting encounter during the Big 12 - Semifinal on March 11th against Kansas State Wildcats, TEX emerged victorious with a close scoreline of 71-64. Despite being challenged throughout the game with four times tied and two lead changes, they showed resilience and clutch performance under pressure. Their free throw accuracy stood out as they made an impressive 87 percent from the line.

Against Kansas Jayhawks in one of their quarterfinal games on March 9th, TEX once again proved why they are one of the top teams this season by winning with a scoreline of 76-60. Dominating both ends of the court with seven blocks and converting second-chance points (24) effectively highlighted how well-rounded this team is.

Looking ahead to facing DREX at home provides an added advantage for TEX as they have shown consistent form when playing in front of their fans at Moody Center – where crowd support can often act as a sixth player.

Given these compelling performances leading up to this matchup combined with robust statistics across various aspects like points in paint (38 against KU), it seems likely that Texas University will carry forward its momentum into this upcoming game against Drexel Dragons.

Fans should mark their calendars for what promises to be another exciting display by Texas Longhorns on Thursday afternoon at precisely two o'clock Central Time Zone (CT). The action-packed event will be broadcasted live on ESPNU for those who cannot make it to Austin but still wish to catch every moment live as it unfolds.
