West Virginia Mountaineers Edge Out Oklahoma State Cowgirls at WVU Coliseum

In a closely contested conference game, the West Virginia Mountaineers emerged victorious over the Oklahoma State Cowgirls with a final score of 71-67. The Mountaineers' season record now stands at an impressive 20-2, while the Cowgirls hold a respectable record of 15-7.

These additional possessions allowed them more opportunities to score or extend plays when needed most during tight moments within this intense game.
