Lady Toppers Outmaneuver Lady Techsters in a Show of Skill and Steals

The Western Kentucky Lady Toppers improved their season record to 1-0 after a hard-fought victory over the Louisiana Tech Lady Techsters, who fell to 0-1. The final score read 64-56 in favor of the home team at E. A. Diddle Arena.

As for individual performances on Western Kentucky's side, it was truly a team effort but one can't overlook that four players managed to hit three-pointers even though overall three-point shooting hovered around twenty-two percent accuracy for them.
