Acrisure Stadium Hosts Arizona Cardinals Versus Pittsburgh Steelers Showdown

As the Arizona Cardinals prepare to face off against the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium, fans are bracing for what could be a pivotal moment in their season. The Cardinals' recent performances have been less than stellar, with a disappointing 14-point showing against the Los Angeles Rams on November 26th and a narrow victory over the Atlanta Falcons on November 12th. However, it's important to remember that every game is a new opportunity.

The Cardinals' offense has shown flashes of potential, particularly in their ground game against the Falcons where they amassed 122 rushing yards and scored two touchdowns. Yet consistency remains an issue; this was not replicated in their subsequent outing against the Rams where they managed only 73 rushing yards. Passing efficiency has also been erratic – while they achieved a completion percentage of 60 percent for 256 yards against the Rams, it wasn't enough to secure victory.

Defensively, there's room for optimism despite recent setbacks. The defense managed three sacks and six tackles for loss against Houston Texans on November 19th but failed to record any sacks or significant pressure against the Rams. This inconsistency must be addressed if they hope to contain a Steelers team known for its resilience.

Special teams play could be an area of concern as well; missed field goals and limited punt return yardage have left points on the field that could have been crucial in tight games.

The upcoming matchup with Pittsburgh presents both challenge and opportunity. The Steelers will not make things easy; however, if Arizona can harness some of their demonstrated potential – particularly from their win over Atlanta – there may be cause for cautious optimism among fans.

Looking ahead to December 3rd at Acrisure Stadium at 1:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Cardinals supporters should mark their calendars and tune into CBS to catch all the action live from Pittsburgh. With focused preparation and execution on game day, Arizona has a chance to turn around its fortunes in what promises to be an exciting contest.
