The Falcons entered the match with an aggressive ground game, amassing a total of 167 rushing yards over 29 attempts, averaging nearly six yards per carry. Despite their efforts on the ground, they were unable to find the end zone through their rushing attack. The passing game saw moderate success with quarterback completions landing at a rate of sixty percent for a total of fifteen completions out of twenty-five attempts and one touchdown pass that covered four yards.

Special teams contributed with field goals, making two out of three attempts with the longest being forty-eight yards. However, one missed attempt could have narrowed the scoring gap. The kicking unit also managed to secure touchbacks on two out of four kickoffs.

Defensively, Atlanta's performance was notable as they forced an interception that was returned for twelve yards and defended three passes while holding their opponents to just one successful red zone conversion out of two attempts. However, they were unable to register any sacks against Washington's offense throughout the game.

The Commanders' defense proved challenging for Atlanta's offensive line which allowed one sack resulting in nine lost yards and faced three blitzes from Washington during playtime. Additionally, Atlanta incurred two penalties costing them twenty yards and granting Washington one first down due to these infractions.
