The Buffalo Bills demonstrated offensive versatility against the Detroit Lions, amassing a total of 401 yards. The passing game contributed significantly with quarterback throwing for 253 yards and two touchdowns despite being sacked three times. The ground attack was equally effective, rushing for 164 yards and scoring once on a three-yard dash into the end zone.

The special teams unit played flawlessly in terms of field goals, converting both attempts from beyond forty-nine yards. However, they faced challenges in extra point kicks where they missed one out of three attempts. In terms of ball handling, the Bills maintained possession effectively with only one fumble during play which did not result in a turnover.

Defensively, Buffalo was able to apply pressure on Detroit's offense throughout the game by recording two sacks and forcing seven tackles for loss which amounted to twenty-seven negative yards against their opponents. They also managed to force one safety and recover one fumble while defending passes three times.

On third down conversions, Buffalo showed efficiency by succeeding seven out of twelve times which is approximately fifty-eight percent success rate. However, they did not attempt any fourth-down conversions during this matchup.

As for penalties committed by both teams combined there were five infractions costing thirty-six yards; however these did not significantly impact the flow or outcome of the game as evidenced by both teams' ability to generate offense throughout four quarters.

The next challenge for the Buffalo Bills will be an away game against New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough on December 2nd at 8:15 PM Eastern Time. Fans can catch all action live as it will be broadcasted on Amazon Prime Video.
