The Chicago Bears struggled to find their rhythm throughout the game, managing to accumulate a total of 292 yards. Despite this effort, they could only convert one touchdown and one field goal. The passing game saw them gain 179 yards with an average of over six yards per attempt; however, it was marred by an interception and two sacks for a loss of fourteen yards. Their rushing attack was slightly more effective, churning out 127 yards on twenty-nine attempts.

The defense for the Bears managed to sack the opposing quarterback once and forced two fumbles but failed to recover either. They also recorded three passes defended and one stop on fourth down while applying pressure that resulted in three quarterback hits.

Special teams had mixed results; while punting averaged nearly forty-nine yards across five attempts, none managed to pin the Jets within their own twenty-yard line. On kickoffs, two out of three resulted in touchbacks from a total kickoff yardage nearing two hundred.

Penalties were minimal during this encounter as the Bears committed just one infraction costing them ten yards. In terms of efficiency on critical downs: they succeeded on thirty percent of third-down conversions and sixty-seven percent when faced with fourth down situations.

Looking ahead after this tough outing against New York Jets, fans can turn their attention toward Soldier Field where Chicago will host its next game against Green Bay Packers on December 4th at noon local time (1 PM ET). This upcoming contest will be broadcasted live on FOX for fans eager to support their team through thick and thin.
