The Detroit Lions showcased a solid performance on their home turf. The offense accumulated a total of 326 yards with an average gain of nearly five yards per play. The passing game was effective; the quarterback completed 23 out of 37 attempts for 240 yards and two touchdowns, maintaining an impressive passer rating of nearly ninety-nine. The receiving corps contributed significantly to this effort by catching passes for an average of over ten yards per reception and adding two touchdowns to their tally.

On the ground, the Lions managed to rush for ninety-six yards across twenty-eight attempts, scoring one touchdown. Despite four fumbles during the game, they recovered two and lost only two. Their rushing efforts were highlighted by breaking four tackles and gaining nineteen hard-fought yards after contact.

Special teams played their part as well; punting was particularly effective with both punts landing inside the twenty-yard line and averaging over fifty-one net yards each. In addition to that efficiency on special teams was evident in red zone conversions where they succeeded seventy-five percent of their attempts.

Defensively, Detroit made its presence felt by recording three sacks for sixteen lost yardage against Buffalo's quarterback while hurrying him six times more. They also forced one interception which they returned for four yards and defended four passes throughout the contest.

The Bills' offense countered effectively with twenty-eight points on board through disciplined play that saw them use all three timeouts but not needing any challenges during gameplay. Their defense managed to hold off Detroit's advances enough times to secure their victory despite being blitzed ten times.

As fans look ahead, they can mark their calendars for December fourth when Ford Field will once again be alive with NFL action as Jacksonville Jaguars visit Detroit Lions at six o'clock in the evening Eastern Time (ET). This upcoming game will be broadcasted live on FOX network where fans can tune in to support their team from home or join others at Ford Field itself.
