First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams testing each other's defenses. The Lions' defense managed to hold its ground initially, with Al-Quadin Muhammad making an impact by recording one sack for a loss of 7 yards. However, it was clear that the Texans were determined to break through and establish control early on.

Second Quarter

As the second quarter unfolded, Houston's offense began finding gaps in Detroit's defense. The Texans capitalized on these opportunities with efficient passing plays that led them into scoring positions. Kyle Allen stood out for Houston with his precise throws and perfect completion rate of 100 percent during this period.

Third Quarter

In the third quarter, Detroit's offense attempted to respond but faced challenges from an aggressive Texan defense. Hendon Hooker struggled under pressure as he completed only 55 percent of his passes and threw one interception that halted potential scoring drives for the home team.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw some resilience from Detroit as they tried closing down gaps defensively; however, it wasn't enough against a well-coordinated Texan attack led by C.J Stroud who orchestrated key plays leading up towards their victory margin widening further before time expired.

Despite efforts made by players like Craig Reynolds who gained crucial first downs through rushing attempts or Isaac TeSlaa contributing significantly via receiving yards including one touchdown reception - ultimately fell short due largely due lackluster overall performance across various aspects such as third-down conversions where they succeeded only once out seven attempts made throughout entire match duration itself!
