First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams testing each other's defenses. The Lions' quarterback Jared Goff displayed his passing skills early on, completing several short passes that helped move the chains. However, it was the Packers who struck first with an efficient drive culminating in a touchdown.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Goff continued to connect well with his receivers, achieving an impressive completion percentage of nearly 79 percent for the game. A key moment came when Isaac TeSlaa caught a precise pass from Goff for Detroit's only touchdown of the match. Despite this effort, GB responded swiftly with another scoring drive that extended their lead.

Third Quarter

The third quarter was marked by defensive plays from both sides. The Lions' defense managed two three-and-outs against GB but struggled to capitalize offensively due to pressure on Goff resulting in four sacks throughout the game. Meanwhile, GB's offense found rhythm again and added points through field goals and another touchdown.

Fourth Quarter

As time wound down in the fourth quarter, Detroit attempted to close the gap but was hindered by penalties and turnovers. Jake Bates contributed positively for Detroit by making all his field goal attempts; however, these efforts were not enough against GB’s solid defense and effective offensive execution led by their quarterback Jordan Love.
